Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Xeylab India, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our AI PCB designing services.

Cancellations

As Xeylab operates on a credit-based system for immediate digital services, cancellations are not applicable once credits are purchased and added to your wallet.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• If a payment was deducted from your bank account but credits were not added to your Xeylab dashboard.
• If there is a technical error preventing you from using the service entirely.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable

Credits once utilized for generating projects, schematics, or chatting with the AI are non-refundable.
